Good location for our stay with amenities close by, we had a problem with the basement shower and reached out to the host, they were very responsive and did get the issue resolved. The home was clean, tidy and comfortable.

A peaceful spot that’s only a few minutes worth of a drive away from most major attractions. You might hear some ambulance sirens because of the VA hospital next door but that’s about it

This is my second stay here and just as the first it was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay as I am in the process of moving to Germany for the Military. I was able to relax and enjoy my last two weeks here in Little Rock. Thank you for a beautiful and peaceful stay, I’ll be sure to recommend this location to both family and friends. Place was exactly as described and very clean and clutter free. House has a nice location and everything you need for your stay. Overall, a 5 star place except for one thing, the neighbors are so loud all day and night and so is their dog. They played music all night and fought all day. If you don't mind the noise or you are a concrete sleeper I highly recommend this place for the value.

A five star is just a five star in some cases. Not this time. This place was GREAT and especially for the price. Clean, perfectly setup kitchen, and a table for me to setup my Laptop and large monitor. The bed was very comfy, the TV worked great with my apps. I didn't have to plug in a Fire Stick which I sometimes do at AirBNBs, and the television had a great picture. What else? Plenty of parking, garage parking, yard (not fenced in). It felt safe there and I had no idea I'd find some of the best restaurants I've been to in some time. I never even heard of Appleton before this trip but loved the downtown, martini lounge, restaurants and would love to come back in summer.

We stayed at Doris’s cozy duplex home during an extremely cold arctic weather. My kids were competing in a speech tournament close by and we would arrive later at night to a very warm and comfortable home. The beds were comfortable and the house was very warm. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house was clean and neat. One thing to note is that this home has only one full bathroom upstairs and half a bathroom on the main floor, which was a little challenging to our family of 6 but should not be a problem to smaller families.

This bnb was perfect and was just what I hoped for. It was super quiet and was easy to get in and out. It was just two blocks from a big grocery store so I was able to get set up quickly. The place was exactly what was shown in the photos, down to the pillows on the couch. The bed sheets were super soft and towels nice and thick. It was great to have a washer and dryer. We had a lot of snow and wind during my stay but a crew came each day to clear the steps and the driveway so I didn't have to. I also loved the chocolate treats on the counter. I would definitely stay here again.

This space worked out beautifully - exactly as described; clean, spacious, lots of amenities and communication could not have been clearer or more timely. I stayed in Appleton for three weeks and felt right at home, thanks to the kindness and efficiency of this team!

The unit was as described on the app and looked like the picture. Very comfortable for 2-3 people, as it is a small unit and only a small sofa in the LR. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. The location is perfect if you are staying because you want quick walkable access to the UAMS campus. It was a 7 minute walk for us to get from the unit to the 4th floor in the main hospital, so that was nice because it saved us on parking everyday. The host was responsive and made it very easy for me to extend a day. As others me mentioned in their reviews, it can be very loud with ambulance sirens, but it didn’t bother us too much. If I needed to be close to the hospital campus again, I would choose to stay here for convenience.
