You will have access to the entire unit, you may effortlessly enter the unit via smart lock, granting access to the unit with a simple tap, epitomizing the harmony between technology and convenience. A code will be given to you 24-48 hours prior your booking date. 2. Please ensure that your animal/pets are well-behaved and supervised during your stay. Guest are welcome to bring a maximum of two animals only, please note that additional or unauthorized animal/pets will incur a charge of $150 per pet. Pet owners are responsible for tidying up the property after taking their animals/pets outdoors. A $50 fee will be added to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after animals/pets. 3. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit or garage. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 for incidentals. 4. Please inform us in advance if there will be additional guests so we can provide extra towels. 5. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

This bnb was perfect and was just what I hoped for. It was super quiet and was easy to get in and out. It was just two blocks from a big grocery store so I was able to get set up quickly. The place was exactly what was shown in the photos, down to the pillows on the couch. The bed sheets were super soft and towels nice and thick. It was great to have a washer and dryer. We had a lot of snow and wind during my stay but a crew came each day to clear the steps and the driveway so I didn't have to. I also loved the chocolate treats on the counter. I would definitely stay here again.

This space worked out beautifully - exactly as described; clean, spacious, lots of amenities and communication could not have been clearer or more timely. I stayed in Appleton for three weeks and felt right at home, thanks to the kindness and efficiency of this team!

There is an attached 1-car garage available to use. You can park up to 2 cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). City of Appleton does not allow overnight street parking, if you have more than 2 vehicle, must apply for a temporary permit if allowed. Public transportation is also easy with a bus stop across the street. We also have taxis and on demand rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Turo) available in the area. While most places are best to get around by vehicle, the area is safe and accessible to walk.
