Getting Around Brooklyn and NYC is a Breeze from our location. If you are here for work at Maimonides Medical Center we are only a short 10 min walk away. We are close to Sunset Park neighborhood, just a short walk from the Fort Hamilton D train station (3 mins). From there, popular Manhattan spots like Madison Square Garden, NYU, and more are about 30 minutes away. The D train also services vibrant Brooklyn neighborhoods like Sunset Park, Bay Ridge, and Coney Island beach and boardwalk. Convenient B35, B16, and B11 buses stop are within a short walk, connecting you throughout Brooklyn. Due to our proximity to nearby schools, street parking is very limited. We highly recommend NOT bringing a car and instead taking advantage of the public transportation options right at your fingertips. Between the subway, buses and ride share services , getting around Brooklyn and Manhattan is a breeze from our location.
