You will have access to the entire unit, you may effortlessly enter the unit via smart lock, granting access to the unit with a simple tap, epitomizing the harmony between technology and convenience. A code will be given to you 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. 2. PETS/ANIMALS are NOT permitted in this unit. If you are in need of accommodation for your pet/animals, kindly inform us so that we may direct you to a pet-friendly unit that meets your needs. 3. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit or garage. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 for incidentals. There are 3 beds that comfortably sleeps 6. The house can comfortably accommodate another 1 for up to 7, since our couches are comfy to sleep in! Please inform us ahead of time if there more than 6 guests, as we will need to supply with additional items to accommodate this. 5. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
