You will have access to the entire unit, you may effortlessly enter the unit via smart lock, granting access to the unit with a simple tap, epitomizing the harmony between technology and convenience. A code will be given to you 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. 2. We have a few units of the same layout and floor plan; hence, similar pictures are in multiple listings. 3. The building is located directly across from UAMS hospital and the emergency entrance. Expect to hear ambulance sirens randomly. While it's not a big issue for most, we recommend air plugs for sound sensitive guests. 4. PETS/ANIMALS are NOT permitted in this unit. If you are in need of accommodation for your pet/animals, kindly inform us so that we may direct you to a pet-friendly unit that meets your needs. 5. The unit is located on the in rear building of the two. Enter in the guest parking lot on the west side of the building. There are a few stairs leading to the unit. 6. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
