PETS/ANIMALS are NOT permitted in this unit. 3. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit or garage. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 per incidentals. 4. Please inform us in advance if there will be additional guests so we can provide extra towels. 5. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
