You will have access to the entire unit, you may effortlessly enter the unit via smart lock, granting access to the unit with a simple tap, epitomizing the harmony between technology and convenience. A code will be given to you 24-48 hours prior to your booking date. 2. Please ensure that your animal/pets are well-behaved and supervised during your stay. Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two animals only, please note that additional or unauthorized animals/pets will incur a charge of $150 per pet. Pet owners are responsible for tidying up the property after taking their animals/pets outdoors. A $50 fee will be added to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after animals/pets. 3. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit or garage. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 per incidental. 4. Please inform us in advance if there will be additional guests so we can provide extra towels if needed. 5. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
